You may use these sample
letters to communicate with your IRA plan administrator instructing
them to make a charitable distribution to the Food Bank, and to
send a letter to the Food Bank notifying us that we should be expecting
your donation.

as my request to make a direct charitable distribution from my Individual

of the Pension Protection Act of 2006 and Sec. 408(d)(8) of the
Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

a contemporaneous written acknowledgement that states the amount
of my gift, that no goods or services were transferred to me by
